Well, I was thinking to share this list for long time now. All bloggers in world need to ping to this sites for 1 simple reason, traffic, without which who would bother to check out your blog, even if it very interesting.

So here it goes, I searched a lot and have gone over a lot of ping lists. It took some time to sort this list out. I had to remove all the duplicate and non existant urls and now we have a complete ping url list. Here it goes…

Configure your wordpress to ping this sites automatically whenever you enter a new post in your blog.

How do I configure to autoping to this site?

It really simple, Go to your admin panel, just copy and paste this list into Options > Writing > Update Services
As a default, wordpress is set to ping out http://rpc.pingomatic.com which should be enough though to bring in some traffic, but this list lets you individually ping each site. Thus instead of relying on pingomatic to do their job, I would prefer relying on Wordpress to do the pinging job.
